Academic Venture Exchange Portfolio

AVX is a nonprofit cooperative exchange that connects successful entrepreneurs with IP-backed startups emerging from leading research universities. AVX aims to bring the discoveries of preeminent researchers to market by sourcing exceptional co-founders.

AVX was founded to enhance these efforts by connecting qualified entrepreneurs to the startups launching from TTOs. It’s focus is to solve the 'talent valley of death' for deep tech ventures.

AVX magnifies the spotlight of venture success by introducing university ventures to our nationwide network of entrepreneurs and investors with proven track records of research commercialization.  We conduct due diligence to provide input on network referrals for potential vetted CEOs, investors, co-founders and board officers with relevant domain expertise.
